At our February Stated Communication Most Donald M. Robey, Grand Master of Masons in Virginia in 1987 presented our Senior Steward, Bro. Gordon F. Singhas, II his Grand Lodge Proficiency Diploma. Bro. Singhas stood all three of his catechism's in open Lodge.
